When selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. In many cases, you may have to bring your home to the buyer. Effective marketing will help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing, and able buyer.
Your Listing Will Be Seen on Dozens of Websites.
When you list your home with Kim Delk-Brooks and PalmerHouse Properties, your home will be viewed on dozens, if not hundreds of websites…not just the local MLS and my website. Through a process called “broker reciprocity”, leading real estate agencies to display their listed properties not only in the multiple listing services, (FMLS and GAMLS in GA) – but on each other’s websites where they offer an MLS search option*. Plus, the MLS broadcasts the listings to many broader sites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Google, and Trulia. So, your listing will be seen by buyers everywhere when you choose PalmerHouse! Remember: 90% of buyers see the home they will buy on the internet first.

What is My Home Worth?
I’d be pleased to do a comparative market analysis for your home at no charge.
Valuing homes is as much magic and experience as it is science. But that’s what skilled real estate agents do every day to help their clients get the most value when they sell. I’d be pleased to assist you in determining your home’s value. One of the best ways to approximate value is to conduct a Comparative Market Analysis. Real estate agents produce “CMA reports” to help establish the relative value of a home by comparing nearby homes that are currently on the market and more importantly, recently sold properties with similar characteristics. I have access to the widest database of sold and actively listed properties in Georgia. I can even tell you if a nearby seller made a contribution to the buyer’s closing costs, a figure that’s not generally reported on internet tax records. You can expect that comparables will be in your neighborhood or very nearby, will have sold within the last six to twelve months, have a similar number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, lot size, and amenities. If you’d like me to help you determine the market value of your home, just fill out the form below or call us at 770-324-2514 and I’d be delighted to assist you with a CMA with no obligation.
