A modern approach to real estate.

About Kim Delk-Brooks

Hey, Ya'll! I'm Kim. I work with home buyers and sellers who are ready to buy or sell for the first time (or after a long time) and have no idea where to start! As a homeowner, I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on my client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.

My philosophy is simple: my clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through the number of houses sold or the accolades but through the satisfaction of my clients.

When I'm not helping people prepare for the home buying process by educating them on proper credit and repair, creating marketing rollouts for new listings, or researching the latest market trends, I can be found shoe shopping, traveling, or trying a new restaurant with friends.
